Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using BBF ("Big Bois Federation"), you agree to these Terms of Use. BBF is a private, invite-only application operated by Tayler Stoppel for a closed group of family and friends, not a public commercial service.

Eligibility

BBF is intended for adult members of its private user group, or minors using it under the supervision of a parent or guardian who is also a member.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

BBF is provided for personal, non-commercial use by its invited members only. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other members' data without permission, or use it in any unlawful way.

Financial Features

Budgeting and account-linking features (via Plaid) are provided for convenience only. BBF is not a bank, and nothing in the app constitutes financial advice. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any financial information shown.

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you opt into SMS notifications by providing a phone number, you consent to receive text messages related to features you've enabled. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Termination

Access to BBF may be suspended or terminated at any time, for any reason, since it is operated as a private service for an invited group rather than a public product.

No Warranty

BBF is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. As a privately operated, personal project, it comes with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of BBF is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of BBF after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
